The terms that govern your use of this website and our services.

Use of this site
This website is provided for information about FIMMDIGITAL INC. and its services. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse or disrupt it.
Services & agreements
Specific work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and FIMMDIGITAL INC. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer on its own.
Packages, pricing & cancellation
Prices. Prices shown on this website are in US dollars, before applicable taxes. Ad spend and third-party costs (such as domains, hosting, premium software, app store fees, or call minutes beyond your plan) are not included unless your service agreement says so.
Billing. Monthly packages and care plans are billed monthly in advance. One-time fees, such as website, CRM, SaaS and app builds and AI agent setup, are billed as set out in your service agreement.
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Monthly packages and care plans have no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@fimmdigital.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period; we won't charge you again after that, and there is no cancellation fee. We don't give partial refunds for the remaining part of a billing period.
One-time fees. One-time fees cover work done for you and are non-refundable once that work has started.
What you keep. When you cancel, you keep the deliverables you have paid for, such as published pages, edited videos, written content and delivered software. Accounts we set up for you, such as Google Business Profile, social media profiles, domains, app store listings and analytics, belong to you, and we will hand over access. Ongoing services we host or run for you, such as AI agents, hosting and care plans, stop at the end of your final paid period.
Results. We work to improve your visibility, enquiries and response times, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, followers, downloads or sales. These depend on factors outside our control, including search engines, app stores, platforms and your market.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, design, and logos — is owned by FIMMDIGITAL INC. unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, FIMMDIGITAL INC. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
