Can the AI answer questions about our treatments?
It shares the general information you approve, such as services offered, typical pricing and preparation steps. It does not assess whether a treatment suits someone or give medical advice, and those questions go to your practitioners.
Do your AI tools store client health information?
AI tools are configured to avoid storing health information unless your compliant setup allows it. FIMM is not a HIPAA or PHIPA compliance provider and gives no legal advice, so confirm your obligations with your own adviser.
Will it work with Boulevard, Vagaro, Mangomint or Zenoti?
Where your booking platform offers an API or integration, we connect to it so reminders and rebooking messages use your real appointment data. Where it does not, we work from exports or send requests to your front desk to confirm.
Can you run ads using before-and-after photos?
We build Meta campaigns and UGC-style video around your treatments, follow Meta's advertising policies and use only images your clients have agreed to share. Meta restricts before-and-after imagery for many cosmetic treatments, so creative is planned within those rules. Rules on cosmetic and health advertising also vary, so you approve every claim before it runs. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta.
Is it allowed to text clients reminders and offers?
Reminders and offers need the right consent. We set up US 10DLC registration and consent capture suited to the TCPA and CASL. FIMM provides technical implementation, not legal advice.
