Fresh Box was scaling fast on a patchwork of disconnected tools and manual processes. Customer and lead data lived in different places, the team burned hours on repetitive operations, and nothing tied the product, the app, and the back office together.
What we built
FIMM took on the full stack. We designed and built their website and mobile app, then put a custom CRM at the center of the business. On top of it, we layered AI agents and automation — so lead handling, customer operations, and the workflows that used to eat the team's day now run themselves, with people stepping in only where judgment is needed.
The result
Fresh Box runs on one connected system instead of a dozen. The AI-automated CRM handles the busywork end to end, the app and site share one backbone, and the team's time goes to growth.
