AI Front Desk

A front desk that never steps away.

Callers want an answer and an appointment. Your AI front desk picks up the phone day and night, speaks your industry's language, books the slot, and sends anything sensitive straight to your team.

From $299/mo

In short

An AI front desk is a voice AI receptionist packaged for a specific type of business. It answers phone calls, handles the common questions, books appointments into your scheduling software, and hands callers to a person when the situation needs one. FIMM pre-builds the scripts, booking rules, hand-off rules and integrations for dental and medical clinics, law firms, home services, med spas, property management and real estate, then adapts them to your business.

What we build

What we build.

A

Industry-ready scripts

Pre-built scripts for each industry: new-patient enquiries for clinics (plus recall reminders by text where patients have opted in), intake screening for law firms, emergency triage for trades, maintenance requests for property managers and showing requests for real estate.

B

Booking into your scheduler

The front desk checks real availability and books, moves or cancels appointments in the tools you use, from practice-management software to field-service platforms and shared calendars.

C

Chat and texting add-ons

The front desk answers your phone. Website chat is available through FIMM's AI Agents package (from $499 setup + $199/mo), and texting can be added via the Speed-to-Lead & Missed-Call Text-Back service (from $299/mo).

D

Clear hand-off rules

Emergencies, upset callers, legal or clinical questions and anything outside the script go to a person by live transfer or urgent message. You decide the rules, and we test the assistant against your emergency and hand-off rules before launch and in each review.

E

Call summaries in your CRM

Every call is logged with a short summary, caller details and outcome, so staff start the morning knowing who called and what was promised. Where calls are recorded, a recording notice plays, configurable per your requirements.

F

Monthly tuning

We review conversations each month, fix answers that missed, add new questions and adjust scripts as your services, prices or hours change. The service is month-to-month, cancel anytime.

How it ships

How an AI front desk goes live.

Because each package starts from an industry template, set-up is mostly about your specifics: your services, your scheduler, your people and the calls that must reach them.

01

Configure

We start from your industry package and adapt it to your services, hours, staff and policies.

02

Connect

Your phone number, scheduler and CRM are connected, and hand-off paths to your team are tested.

03

Rehearse

We run test calls covering normal, awkward and urgent cases until the answers match how your team would respond.

04

Go live

Start with after-hours or overflow calls, then widen coverage once you are comfortable with how it handles them.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

How is this different from your AI Voice Agents service?
AI Voice Agents is a custom voice build for any business and any use case. AI Front Desk is the ready-made industry package, with scripts, booking rules, hand-off rules and integrations already built for your type of business. Both start from the same $299 per month.
What does it cost?
The AI front desk starts from $299 per month. It is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Phone usage is a third-party cost and is billed separately.
Which industries do you set it up for?
Dental and medical clinics, law firms, home services and trades, med spas, property management, and real estate teams and brokerages. Our industry pages describe each package in more detail, and other service businesses can use the general version.
Is it safe for a dental or medical clinic?
The front desk handles scheduling and general questions and is configured to avoid storing health information unless your compliant setup allows it. FIMM is not a HIPAA or PHIPA compliance provider and gives no legal advice, so your privacy officer should approve the configuration.
Will callers know they are speaking with AI?
Yes. Callers are told at the start that they are speaking with an AI assistant and are offered a way to reach a person, and where calls are recorded, a recording notice plays, configurable per your requirements. This supports your disclosure requirements. FIMM provides technical implementation, not legal advice.
What happens with urgent or sensitive calls?
They go to a person. You define what counts as urgent (a burst pipe, a legal deadline, a clinical concern) and the assistant transfers the call or sends an immediate alert to the right staff member.
Can it book directly into our practice or job software?
In most cases, yes, through the software's scheduling connection or a calendar sync. If your system has no way in, the assistant captures the request and your staff confirm it with one click.
Does it work for more than one location?
Yes. The front desk can route callers by location, use each site's hours and calendar, and pass urgent calls to the right local team.
