AI Training

Your team, actually good at AI.

Generic courses teach what a prompt is. We teach your estimator, your bookkeeper and your office manager how to do their own job faster, using the tools you already pay for, inside clear rules.

From $1,500

In short

AI training for teams is practical instruction that shows staff how to use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini on their own daily work, safely and well. FIMM runs hands-on workshops built from your real tasks, gives each role a prompt library, helps set up the tools, and drafts an AI use policy that says what data may and may not go into AI. We follow up for a month so the habits actually stick.

What we build

What we build.

A

Role-specific workshops

Half-day or full-day sessions where people work on their own tasks: drafting proposals, summarizing calls, cleaning spreadsheets, answering customer emails. Everyone leaves with real work finished.

B

Prompt libraries per role

Tested, reusable prompts for each team, stored where people will find them. Each one notes what it is for, what to check in the output, and what never to paste in.

C

Tool setup walkthroughs

We configure the workspace you choose (ChatGPT Business, Claude Team, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini for Google Workspace) with sensible sharing and data settings before anyone is trained on it.

D

AI use policy

A plain-language policy covering approved tools, what data is off limits, when AI output must be checked by a person, disclosure to customers, and who to ask. We provide technical implementation and do not give legal advice, so have your lawyer review the final text.

E

Leadership briefing

A short session for owners and managers on what AI is good and bad at, where the risks sit, and how to judge the ideas their teams will bring to them.

F

Thirty days of adoption support

Office hours and a shared channel for questions after the workshop, plus a check-in to refine prompts and the policy based on what people actually did.

How it ships

How team training runs.

We prepare from your team's actual work, so the workshop feels like getting a job done faster rather than sitting through a lecture about technology.

01

Listen

Short calls with each team to learn their daily tasks, current tool use and worries.

02

Prepare

We build the workshop around those tasks, draft the policy and set up the tools.

03

Train

Hands-on sessions, on site or remote, where each person completes real work with AI.

04

Reinforce

A month of support, a check-in, and updated prompts and policy based on real use.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

What does AI training cost?
Team training starts from $1,500 as a one-time fee, which covers a workshop, role prompt libraries and the AI use policy. It also includes thirty days of adoption support after the workshop.
Which AI tools do you train on?
Whatever your business uses or plans to use: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini are the common ones. If you have not chosen yet, we help you pick one so training is not spread thin across four tools.
Do we really need an AI use policy?
If staff already use AI, a policy is how you stop client data from being pasted into personal accounts. It also gives people permission to use AI confidently instead of quietly. It is a short document, and it saves arguments later.
Is the policy legal advice?
No. We write a practical policy based on how your tools and data work, which is the technical side. We provide technical implementation and do not give legal advice, so a lawyer should review it, especially in regulated fields.
Can you train remote or hybrid teams?
Yes. Sessions run well over video with screen sharing, and we split larger groups so everyone gets hands-on time. On-site sessions are available for teams that prefer them.
Our staff are not technical. Will they keep up?
The workshops are built for people who are not technical. We start from their own tasks, use plain language, and spend most of the time doing rather than explaining. The prompt library means nobody has to remember anything from scratch.
What happens after the workshop?
A month of support with office hours and a shared channel for questions. A common next step is an internal knowledge assistant or automations for the repetitive tasks the training uncovered.
Can you train a team that has never used AI at all?
Yes, and starting fresh is often easier than undoing bad habits. We begin with the basics on the tool you chose, move quickly to real tasks, and make sure the policy is clear before anyone handles customer data.
