MCP Servers

Let AI agents use your systems, safely.

AI assistants are only as useful as the systems they can reach. An MCP server gives them a defined, permissioned way in, so they can look up an order or update a record without anyone pasting data into a chat.

From $2,499

In short

An MCP server is a small service that exposes your software to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol, an open standard supported by Claude, ChatGPT and a growing list of AI tools. It defines which data the AI may read and which actions it may take. FIMM builds MCP servers for CRMs, databases, internal APIs and SaaS products, with sign-in, role-based permissions, rate limits and audit logs, so agents can work with your systems safely.

What we build

What we build.

A

Internal system connectors

MCP servers over your CRM, ERP, database or ticketing system, exposing the specific records and actions staff need from their AI assistant.

B

MCP servers for SaaS products

A public MCP server for your product, so customers can connect it to Claude, ChatGPT and other clients, with clear setup documentation.

C

Sign-in and permissions

OAuth sign-in and role-based access, so the agent acts with the same rights as the person using it and nothing more.

D

Careful tool design

Clear tool names, descriptions and inputs, starting with read-only access and adding write actions with confirmation steps where they are safe.

E

Audit logs and rate limits

Every tool call recorded with who, what and when, plus limits that stop a runaway agent from hammering your systems.

F

Prompt-injection testing

We test how the server behaves when text inside your data tries to redirect the agent, and add guards against data leaks and unintended actions.

How it ships

How an MCP build runs.

We start with a narrow set of read-only tools, test them with real prompts, then widen access only where it is safe and useful.

01

Define

We choose the systems, records and actions worth exposing, and who should be able to use each one.

02

Build

The server is built in Python or TypeScript with sign-in, permissions and logging from the first version.

03

Test

We test with Claude, ChatGPT and your chosen clients, including misuse and injection cases, before anyone relies on it.

04

Deploy

Hosted on your cloud or ours, documented, monitored and updated as the protocol and the AI clients change.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

What is the Model Context Protocol (MCP)?
MCP is an open standard, introduced by Anthropic, for connecting AI assistants to outside tools and data. One MCP server can be used by any compatible client, including Claude, ChatGPT and several coding and desktop assistants, so you build the connection once instead of once per AI product.
How is this different from your AI integration service?
Our AI integration work puts AI features inside your software, such as a document assistant or automated triage. An MCP server works the other way round: it lets the AI assistants your team or customers already use reach into your software through a controlled, documented interface.
Is it safe to give an AI agent access to our systems?
It can be, with the right limits. We start read-only, enforce each user's own permissions, require confirmation for sensitive actions, log every call and test for prompt injection. You decide exactly which data and actions are exposed, and access can be revoked at any time.
Do you build MCP servers for SaaS products?
Yes. A public MCP server lets your customers connect your product to the AI assistant they prefer. We design the tools around common customer tasks, handle OAuth sign-in per customer account, and write the setup documentation.
Which systems can you connect?
Anything with an API or a database we can reach safely: CRMs, ERPs, help desks, accounting tools, internal Laravel or Python apps and SQL databases. For older systems without an API, we can add one first. Popular platforms that already ship an official connector may not need a custom server, and we will say so.
What does an MCP server cost?
MCP server development starts from $2,499 as a one-time fee for a focused server with a small set of tools, sign-in and logging. Hosting, and updates as the protocol changes, can be covered by an optional monthly care plan.
Does it work with Claude Code and other developer tools?
Yes. The same server can be used by Claude Code and other coding agents, which helps when developers need live access to internal documentation, databases or deployment tools while they work.
Will the server keep working as MCP changes?
The protocol is young and still evolving, so we build on the official SDKs, pin versions and test against the AI clients you rely on. When the specification or a major client changes how it connects, we update the server under an optional care plan or as a one-time fix.
