Review Management

More reviews. Better replies.

Most satisfied customers never think to leave a review, and an unanswered complaint can sit near the top of your profile for months. We build the request system, write the replies and keep you informed, all inside the rules the platforms set.

From $199/mo per location

In short

Review management is the ongoing work of asking happy customers for reviews, replying in your own voice and catching problems before they spread. FIMM sets up automated review requests by text or email after each job or visit, drafts a reply to each new review for your approval, and alerts you when a low rating comes in. It runs on Google first, plus Facebook and the industry sites your customers use, for $199 a month per location.

What we build

What we build.

A

Automated review requests

A text or email goes out after each completed job or appointment, triggered from your CRM, booking or point-of-sale system, with a direct link to your Google review form.

B

Replies you approve

AI drafts a reply in your voice to each new review, positive or negative, for your approval before it posts. No copy-paste templates that customers can spot.

C

Unhappy-customer alerts

One- and two-star reviews trigger an alert to you, with a suggested public reply and a reminder to contact the customer directly.

D

Multi-location dashboard

Ratings, review volume and reply status for every location in one view, so you can see which branch needs attention this week. Each location manager can get alerts for their own branch only.

E

Platform coverage

Google Business Profile first, then Facebook, Yelp and the industry directories that matter in your field, such as healthcare or legal listings.

F

Monthly reputation report

New reviews, average rating, reply times and the recurring themes in what customers praise or complain about, written in plain English.

How it ships

How review management runs.

A short setup, then a monthly routine: requests go out automatically, replies are drafted and approved, and you get a clear report each month.

01

Audit

We review your current ratings, reply history and every place customers can review you, and decide where requests should be sent from.

02

Connect

Review requests are wired into your CRM, booking or job system, using message wording you approve.

03

Launch

Requests start going out, replies are drafted and approved, and alerts route to the right person at each location.

04

Manage

Every month we track results, tune the timing and wording of requests, and report what customers are saying.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

Can you get us more five-star reviews?
We set things up so each customer is asked at a good moment, with a one-tap link, which is where most businesses fall short. We cannot control what customers write, and we never promise a rating. A steady request routine simply gives your real customers an easy way to speak up.
Do you filter out unhappy customers before they review?
No. Sending only happy customers to Google, known as review gating, breaks Google's rules, and in the US the FTC's rule on fake and manipulated reviews targets similar practices. Everyone gets the same request, and we help you respond well to the critical ones. We provide technical setup and process, not legal advice.
Will the replies sound like AI wrote them?
Replies are drafted by AI from your past replies and a short style guide, then checked by a person before they post. Each reply refers to what the customer actually said, so it reads as a real response from your business.
What happens when we get an unfair or fake review?
We draft a calm public reply and, where a review breaks Google's content policies, such as spam or a review from someone who was never a customer, we help you report it through Google's own process. Google decides whether it comes down. A measured reply often matters more to future customers than the review itself.
Can we offer a discount for leaving a review?
We don't build incentive programs for reviews. Google's policies prohibit offering incentives for reviews, and paid or incentivized reviews can raise consumer protection problems in the US and Canada. A well-timed, simple request works without that risk.
Do we need consent to text customers for reviews?
Often, yes. In Canada, CASL can apply to these messages, and in the US, business texting needs consent and carrier 10DLC registration. We set requests up so they go to customers who have agreed to hear from you, and email is available where texting doesn't fit.
How much does review management cost?
From $199 a month per location, month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. Each location is billed separately, so you can start with one branch and add others later.
How does this fit with your local SEO work?
Reviews are one of the signals behind Google Maps results and the AI answers that recommend local businesses. Our SEO & Local Search package keeps your Google Business Profile in shape, and this service keeps fresh reviews and replies flowing into it. Running the two together means the profile and its reviews improve side by side.
