What is a Claude Code specialist?
An engineer who uses Claude Code — Anthropic's AI coding agent — as a daily production tool: directing it across a real codebase, judging and reviewing what it writes, and shipping working software far faster than hand-coding alone. The specialist part is the engineering judgment; the tool multiplies it.
Can Claude Code really build production software?
Yes — with a capable engineer driving it. This website, its RAG-powered support assistant, its admin panel and its content system were all built and are maintained with Claude Code. What doesn't work is unreviewed AI output shipped straight to users; that's how you accumulate invisible debt.
How much faster is development with Claude Code?
On the work we ship, features that used to take weeks routinely land in days. The honest caveat: speed varies with codebase quality and task type, and review time is real work. We'll pilot one feature on your project so you see the actual delta rather than a marketing number.
Claude Code vs Cursor or Copilot — what's the difference?
Copilot autocompletes as you type and Cursor is an AI-enhanced editor; Claude Code is an agent — it reads your whole project, plans, edits multiple files, runs commands and tests, and iterates until the task is done. For building complete features rather than lines, the agent model is the step change.
Can you train our engineering team on Claude Code?
Yes. We set up your projects for it (conventions, CLAUDE.md context files, permissions and guardrails), define the review workflow, and work alongside your engineers on real tickets until the habits stick. Adoption fails when it's a license purchase; it works when it's a workflow change.
Is AI-generated code safe and maintainable?
It's as safe as the review process around it. Our rule: AI writes, seniors review, tests gate the merge — same bar as human code. We also audit and harden AI-written codebases others produced; the recurring issues are security corners, silent edge cases and duplication, all catchable with discipline.
Do you build AI agents with Claude?
Yes — support agents, operations agents, content workflows and internal copilots built on Claude's API and agent tooling, connected to your data and systems via MCP. If the better fit for your case is a simpler workflow automation, we'll tell you and build that instead.
