Should I use Shopify or build a custom store?
If a template fits how you sell, use Shopify. Honestly. Custom makes sense when your model doesn't fit: multiple vendors, complex pricing, delivery zones, wallets, approval flows, or an operation that needs its own back office. We'll tell you which side of that line you're on in one call.
Do you build multi-vendor marketplaces?
Yes: vendor onboarding, per-vendor catalogues, commissions, payouts and order routing. We built and run the engineering behind Fresh Box's multi-vendor marketplace, so we've dealt with the real operational mess templates can't handle.
Can you build a mobile ordering app for my store?
Yes. We built The Monal's e-commerce app end to end — mobile ordering, checkout and the fulfilment side behind it. Store and app share one backend, so inventory and orders stay in sync.
