Common questions.

Which is better for my business: n8n, Make.com or Zapier?
Zapier is the fastest to start and the most expensive at volume. Make.com sits in the middle with strong visual flows. n8n is the most powerful and cheapest to run at scale: self-hostable, with code when you need it. We work in all three and recommend based on your volume, budget and how technical your team is, not on what we feel like selling.
Do I need my own accounts and API keys?
Yes. Everything is built in your accounts, on your subscriptions, so you own it all from day one. We help you set the accounts up if you don't have them yet, and we never hold your automations hostage.
Can you add AI to my workflows?
Yes. We add AI steps (summarizing, drafting, qualifying, extracting data from documents) inside n8n, Make.com or Zapier flows where they genuinely save time. Where a mistake would be costly, we design in a human approval step.
Can you fix an automation someone else built?
Yes. A good share of our automation work is rebuilding flows that half-work: duplicate triggers, missing error paths, silent failures. We audit what exists, keep what's sound and rebuild what isn't.
Do you offer ongoing automation support?
Yes. An optional monthly retainer covers monitoring the runs, fixing anything that breaks when an app updates its API, and extending the flows as the business changes.
Can you set up GoHighLevel for my business?
Yes. We build GoHighLevel automations such as pipelines, calendars, forms and email and SMS follow-up, including domain authentication (SPF/DKIM) and business texting registration so your messages deliver.
